COEDEM and COMAGEND came together on the 28th of May 2023 to celebrate  the world day of menstrual Health and Hygiene at the Ntambage integrated health Centre.

Some adolescent girls and young women were brought together to come interact and share their experiences and challenges as far as menstrual Health and Hygiene is concerned. They took advantage of the theme of the year, "making mentraution a real fact by 2030." to demonstrate to their peers and the population that menstruation is not a taboo but a real fact in life that must be accepted by each and everyone and they are proud of it.They played games about their menstraul cycles, told stories and cultural mirth related to their period.

They rounded up with a solidarity match  around the Ntambageh area singing songs about their mbra and making everyone to listen to them.
Their wish was to be able to share what they have learned in order  to help other young girls overcome their challenges related to menstraul health and hygiene.
